Pankhuri Seth

Pankhuri Seth is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently, Pankhuri serves as the Vice President and Head of HRBP, Rewards, Performance, Employee Engagement, and HR Operations at Jio-bp since June 2025, where responsibilities include implementing HR strategies aligned with business needs and acting as a strategic HR partner for transformation initiatives. Previously, Pankhuri held the position of Head of Human Resources at Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd and led Corporate Talent, Organizational Development, and Social Impact at Starbucks India. Additional experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner for Domestic Projects Group at Voltas Limited, Head of Consulting at Universal Business Solutions, Assistant Manager of Talent and Engagement at Raymond Limited, and Corporate HR Executive at HDFC Standard Life Insurance. Pankhuri holds an MDP in Leadership Development from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, an MBA in Human Resource from the University of Lucknow, and a BCA in Computers from Invertis Institute of Management Studies.
