Yogesh Malik

Yogesh Malik has over 20 years of experience in various roles and industries. Most recently, they served as the Head of Learning and Development at Jio-bp. In this role, they assisted the CHRO in all learning activities and talent management initiatives, designed and implemented programs for organizational capability development, and delivered training materials for employees and managers. Prior to that, they worked at Reliance Industries Limited, where they served as the Head of Training Retail Operations and later as the Sr. General Manager. Yogesh was responsible for ensuring quality and quantity compliance, leading automation projects, supporting audits, and developing the skills of their team. Before joining Reliance Industries, Yogesh gained experience at Joyco India Pvt. Ltd and Pidilite Industries Ltd, where they held sales roles and achieved notable success in driving sales growth and managing distributor networks. Yogesh began their career at Panacea Biotec Ltd as a Management Trainee in Pharma Sales. Throughout their career, Yogesh has demonstrated their skills in training, operations management, sales, and compliance.

Yogesh Malik completed their education with the following degrees: a PGDBM (Full Time) in Marketing and IT from Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management and Technology (1998-2000), a BSC in Zoology and Chemistry from Bareilly College, Bareilly (Rohilkhand University) (1995-1998), and Class 11-12th (CBSE Board) from Bishop Conrad School (1993-1995). Yogesh also completed Class Xth from Hartmann College, Bareilly (1991-1993), with a focus on Science, English, Maths, Social Studies, and Arts. Yogaesh Malik has also obtained several additional certifications, including qualifications in talent management, strategic thinking, digital transformation, and more from LinkedIn, as well as the Competent Communicator certification from Toastmasters International and the Fuel Operations Trainer certification from the Inhouse L&D team.
