Dhaarna Arora possesses extensive experience in human resources, having held key leadership positions across various prominent organizations. As the Head of Human Resources at Jio Financial Services and Reliance Retail, Dhaarna has demonstrated expertise in managing human resource functions within the financial and retail sectors. Previous roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Magma Fincorp Ltd. and Ing Vysya Bank (now Kotak Mahindra Bank), along with serving as General Manager at Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd. (Times Group). Dhaarna holds a PGDBA in Marketing with International Business from NMIMS and a degree from Hindu College, University of Delhi.
