Prasad Salunke

Prasad Salunke is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in the financial services and automotive sectors. Currently serving as the Business Head for Automotive Lending, Solar Financing, and Device Leasing at Jio Financial Services since November 2023, Prasad is focused on driving strategic vision and growth initiatives in competitive markets. Prior to this role, Prasad was the Chief Executive Officer at DriveX and founded Popkorn Fintech, demonstrating entrepreneurial expertise. Prasad's career includes significant positions at Mercedes-Benz Financial India, where responsibilities included Head of Sales & Marketing and being a member of the Board of Management, as well as roles at HDFC Bank and Kotak Mahindra Prime Limited. Prasad holds a Bachelor's degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a degree in Strategy Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
