Krishna Pawar

Krishna Pawar is currently serving as Area Talent Acquisition and Area HRBP at Jio since July 2022, focusing on HR operations, employee lifecycle management, performance management, and employee engagement. Responsibilities include managing HR policies, internal job postings, attrition analysis, and developing HR training programs. Prior experience includes a position as Human Resources Intern at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance, where Krishna gained skills in sourcing profiles, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding procedures. Krishna holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Management Studies, DAVV, Indore, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) in Management from the Institute for Excellence in Higher Education, Bhopal.
