Nita Nahata

Nita Nahata has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the Lead Jio Customer Associate at Jio since October 2015, where leadership of a team exceeding 4,000 associates is a key responsibility. In previous roles at Jio, Nita held positions such as Senior Manager Marketing Lead for Revenue Planning & Analytics, focusing on strategic planning to align with industry trends and customer behavior analysis, as well as Senior Manager U&R Lead. Prior to joining Jio, Nita worked at Vodafone from August 2006 to October 2015, taking on roles including Retail Service Head and Enterprise Operation Manager. Nita's career began at Telecare (i) Solutions Pvt Ltd as Center Manager. Nita holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce from Calcutta University and has recently completed studies at the Indian Institute of Management, Indore.
