Prateek Dave

Prateek Dave serves as the Head of Product Design for the Customer Experience Platform at Jio since October 2021, leading product and design teams with a focus on innovative solutions in Omni-Channel experiences, AI Chatbots, and self-service platforms. Previously, Prateek held the position of Lead Product Designer at SIXT, where a successful customer self-service product was developed, and at Boston Consulting Group as a Lead User Experience Consultant, modernizing data approaches for enhanced client experiences. Additional experience includes roles as Lead UI/UX Design Engineer at CeX Webuy.com, Sr. UI/UX Designer at Barnes & Noble Education, UX Architect at Heptik Technologies, and Software Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services. Education includes a Human-Computer Interaction course from Stanford University and a Master of Science in Information Technology from Dr. C. V. Raman University.
