Sanjay Goyal

Sanjay Goyal is an accomplished telecommunications executive with extensive experience in network planning, rollout, and operations across various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Jio since November 2012, Sanjay leads the company's 4G, 5G, and fiber optic initiatives, driving significant market leadership in mobility and wireline services. Previous positions include Network Head for Fixed Line and Enterprise Business in Delhi NCR, as well as AVP of Backhaul Network Planning and General Manager for Network Planning. Prior to Jio, Sanjay held key roles at Videocon Telecommunications Ltd., Alcatel Lucent India Limited, Infosys Technologies Ltd., and Reliance Communications, showcasing a strong background in managing large-scale telecommunications projects. Sanjay holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications with Honors from Punjab Engineering College.
