Rishi Kohli

Rishi Kohli is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in hedge fund strategies and quantitative investing. Currently serving as the Chief Investment Officer at JioBlackRock Mutual Fund since August 2025, Rishi leads the investment function for Jio BlackRock Asset Management Company. Previously, Rishi was the Managing Partner and CIO of Hedge Fund Strategies at InCred Capital, where Rishi established the hedge fund business focused on systematic and quantitative strategies. At Avendus, Rishi held the position of Managing Director and CIO for Quant Strategies, initiating the quant investing division and launching innovative long-short strategies. Rishi also contributed as Managing Director at ProAlpha Capital, where Rishi oversaw the development of multiple quant investment products, and served as Portfolio Manager at Suyash Advisors, managing India’s first systematic quantitative hedge fund. Rishi holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
