Chang Wook Min

Chang Wook MIN is a partner at 법무법인(유) 지평, where expertise includes advising domestic and international companies on corporate sustainability, ESG, Business and Human Rights, and labor regulations. Notably led the 2022 Human Rights Due Diligence project for private enterprises under the National Human Rights Commission of Korea. As an attorney, Chang Wook MIN represented clients in various labor issues and contributed to the publication of 13 legislation and policy research papers for the Korean government and public institutions. Previously served as a Commissioner of the Human Rights Committee at the Seoul Bar Association, examining human rights violation cases, and as a Sergeant (KATUSA) in the Republic of Korea Army. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Public Affairs from the University of California, Berkeley, a Doctor of Law (JD) from Seoul National University, and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Korea University.
