Jim Kroll

Sr. Quality Manager at Jireh Metal Products

Jim Kroll's work experience begins in 1994 when they joined Kysor Industrial Corporation as a Product Engineer. In this role, they gained experience in Fan Drives, Hubs, and Clutches for the Heavy Duty Truck Market and worked with various materials such as cast iron, ductile iron, and aluminum castings. Jim also had experience with CAD and FEA.

In 1997, Jim joined Behr Industries Corporation as a Project Engineer. Here, they focused on Automotive wood trim for BMW X5, Cadillac CTS, Mercedes, and other vehicles. Jim gained experience in wood veneer construction, sheet metal stamping, plastic injection molded products, decorative films, aluminum die casting, finishing, and automotive testing.

Jim joined Jireh Metal Products, Inc in 2007 and held various roles throughout their tenure. Jim started as a Quality Engineer and later became a Quality Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Sr. Quality Manager.

Jim Kroll pursued their undergraduate education from 1989 to 1994 at Michigan Technological University. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in the field of study of Mechanical Engineering.
