Debi Harman

Debi Harman is an experienced payroll professional with a robust background in managing payroll functions across various organizations. Currently serving as Payroll & Pensions Manager at Jisc since May 2022, Debi previously held the position of Payroll Manager at BRUNEL SEN MULTI ACADEMY TRUST and Maybourne Hotel Group, overseeing complex payroll operations for large employee bases. Responsibilities have included processing statutory leave, managing payroll for multiple PAYE references, overseeing year-end processing, and generating comprehensive payroll reports.
