Matthew Turner

Matthew Turner's work experience includes various roles in data stewardship. Matthew started their career as a Data Management Analyst at HESA in 2012 and later became an ETL Developer, responsible for data migration and maintenance of metadata collections. From 2019 to 2022, they served as the Lead Data Steward at HESA, leading a team in managing and maintaining data and metadata. Currently, they are a Principal Data Steward at Jisc.

Matthew Turner attended the University of Gloucestershire from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Management with an industrial placement. In 2014, they also obtained The Professional Scrum Master level I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org.
