Mike Cameron

Mike Cameron is a seasoned professional in the field of digital education, currently serving as a Senior Consultant in Digital Capabilities at Jisc since September 2023. Prior to this role, Mike operated as a Freelance Digital Education Consultant through Mike Cameron Consulting from October 2019 to September 2023. Mike has extensive experience in higher education, having held key positions such as Digital Education Environment Manager at the University of Bristol, where responsibilities included enhancing Digital Education services and transitioning the Lecture Capture facility. Notable achievements also include instructional design for successful MOOCs at Newcastle University and team leadership at Durham University, focusing on learning technology and e-learning initiatives. Mike holds a Master of Science in Education, Technology and Society from the University of Bristol, as well as additional master's and bachelor's degrees from The University of Manchester and Newcastle University, respectively.
