Jodi Smith Haltzel

Jodi Smith Haltzel has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. Jodi began their career in 1996 as a Marketing Manager at Corporate Express. In 2009, they joined DP Solutions as a Project Manager and Sales & Marketing Associate. In 2015, they became a Service Desk Manager at GCOM formerly GANTECH Inc. In 2018, they were promoted to IT Operations Manager at GCOM Software, LLC. Most recently, in 2021, they joined JIT as a Lead Project Consultant. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for supervising teams, monitoring day to day operations, leading ISO audits, and developing plans for large IT projects.

Jodi Smith Haltzel obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Towson University and a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Baltimore. Jodi also holds certifications in Project Management Basics, ITIL Foundation, and VMware Sales Professional (VSP) from VMware.
