Monika Golly is an experienced HR professional who has held various roles in recruitment and HR consulting throughout their career. Monika has experience in leading recruitment projects, conducting job interviews, managing recruitment teams, and building relationships with key stakeholders. Monika has a Master's degree from the University of Silesia in Katowice and has also completed postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management. Currently, Monika serves as an HR Team Leader at Jit Team and has previously worked at companies such as Randstad and CPL Jobs in recruitment and account management roles. Monika is currently pursuing further education in mental coaching.
