Harssh Golchaa - Jain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and compliance. Currently serving as a Startup Mentor at JITO Incubation & Innovation Foundation since March 2021, Harssh also holds the role of GIGpreneur at Governance & Compliance Consulting since October 2019. Active in various organizations, Harssh is a member of task forces on Risk, Compliance, and Governance, as well as SEBI regulations at the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Previous roles include membership at TiE Delhi-NCR and participation on the Corporate Affairs Committee and the Company Law & Corporate Governance Committee at PHD Chamber of Commerce. Additional experience includes consultancy at OYO and corporate consultancy at HG & Co. Harssh's educational background includes a CS degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, an Advanced Certification in Companies Act from West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, and a B.Com from PGDAV College, Delhi University.
