Çağlar Sert has accumulated extensive experience in software development, starting in 2015 at ALTAIR Software & Defense Technologies Inc. as a Software Developer. Çağlar then moved on to Moor Software Engineering in 2016 before joining PrimeApps in 2017, where they served as a Full Stack Software Developer and later as a Software Executive until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Software Developer at Jitterbit, showcasing a strong background in software development throughout their career.

Çağlar Sert attended Şehremini Anadolu Lisesi from 2004 to 2008, where they studied Sayısal. Çağlar then pursued their education at Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü from 2009 to 2015, focusing on Mathematics.
