Michael Ripps

Michael Ripps is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. As Co-Founder of Jittery Joe's Franchising since September 2024 and President & Owner of Jittery Joe's Coffee since May 2007, Michael has played a pivotal role in the coffee industry. Additional leadership roles include serving as a Board Member for ESP, Inc. and a Partner at Vu Partners LLC, both from 2021 to the present, as well as an Advisory Board Member at CIRT since May 2022, contributing to actionable intelligence in packaging materials. Previous experience includes advising Cava Mobile and chairing the board for Java Joy, alongside a history of leadership at Athensmade and as CEO of Lycos Asia from 2002 to 2005. Michael holds a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University, completed in 1987.
