Nilesh Gaurav

Nilesh Gaurav is an experienced professional with a diverse background in product management, marketing, and operations across various industries. Currently serving as Lead Product Manager at Jiva since November 2020, Nilesh has successfully set up business operations, expanded into new regions, and built a strong team of 135 individuals. Previous roles include Marketing Manager at Olam, where Nilesh managed marketing for the Olam Professional brand and developed e-commerce strategies, and Branch Manager, achieving significant increases in trading volumes and capacities. Nilesh's earlier experience includes software development at Oracle and internships at Mahindra & Mahindra and Sabre Holdings. Nilesh holds an MBA in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and degrees in Physics and Computer Science from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
