James Robinson

James Robinson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. James is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Jiva.ai since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Equiniti from 2015 to 2021, starting as a Software Developer responsible for maintaining and delivering new features for EQ Invest's nominee share dealing operations. James was then internally promoted to a Lead Software Developer, overseeing a team of up to 10 direct reports and handling maintenance projects and upgrades of legacy software. Eventually, they became a Software Solution Designer, taking on the architecture responsibility for software solutions for EQ Invest's flagship EQi brand and the corresponding Xanite suite of back-office tools and processes.
