Currently serving as Institutional President and Managing Partner at JiveMauá since May 2011, Guilherme Ferreira oversees the firm's strategy and distressed asset activities, managing a portfolio exceeding BRL 13 billion. Previous roles include Vice President at Lehman Brothers - D.I.P., focusing on asset management and restructuring in Latin America, and Associate Director at Barclays Capital, where Guilherme Ferreira advised on the acquisition of Lehman Brothers' assets. Additional experience includes significant positions at Lehman Brothers, Sidley Austin, and Pinheiro Guimarães - Advogados, encompassing legal advisory and transactions across various financial sectors. Guilherme Ferreira holds an LLM from Columbia Law School and an LL.B. from Universidade de São Paulo.
