Marcelo Martins is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment management and technology. As the Managing Partner and Co-founder of Jive Investments since 2010, Marcelo oversees a firm with a portfolio exceeding US$2 billion, focusing on Non-Performing Loans and distressed real estate. Prior to this, Marcelo served as Managing Director at Axiom Capital Management, leading investments in private equity across technology, IT infrastructure, and healthcare sectors. Early career roles include Co-founder and Executive Vice President at Spring Wireless, Associate at GP Investments, and a position within Goldman Sachs’ Equities Division. Marcelo's background also encompasses project management and sales roles at ABB, complemented by an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
