Aishwarya Umapathy has been working in the software engineering field since 2014. Aishwarya began their career as a Software Development Engineer Intern at Amazon, where they developed a distributed workflow management system using Amazon Simple Queue service, Spring framework, and Java. In 2015, they became an Associate Data Engineer at Jive Software. In 2017, they joined ThredUp as a Software Engineer.
Aishwarya Umapathy received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from St.Joseph's College of Engineering,Anna University,Chennai,India in 2013. Aishwarya then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Florida between 2013 and 2015. In 2013, they obtained a Web Component Development using Java Technologies certification from the Oracle workforce development program,NIIT. In 2012, they obtained a Cambridge English,Business Vantage certification from the University of Cambridge.
