Jessica Schild has a diverse work experience that spans across various roles and industries. Jessica began their career as a Freelance Journalist in 2008 before transitioning into roles such as Membership Executive at Home House Private Members Club in 2010 and Marketing Manager at Companybook in 2013. From 2014 to 2017, they served as a Customer Success Manager at Janrain, managing relationships with key enterprise clients. Jessica then moved on to become a Senior Account Manager at Infobip from 2019 to 2022, where they focused on enhancing customer engagement through digital channels. Currently, Jessica holds the position of Director of Customer Success at Jivox, where they continue to leverage their experience to drive customer satisfaction and success.
Jessica Schild attended the University of Westminster from 2004 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism.
