Pavan Rao

Pavan Rao has a diverse work experience in the IT industry, starting as a Software Engineer at Hewlett-Packard in 2003. Over the years, they progressed to roles such as Team Lead at Accenture, Performance and Capacity Management Lead at IBM, and Senior Manager at Envestnet | Yodlee, [24]7 Innovation Labs, and Jivox. Currently, Pavan holds the position of Senior Director Cloud and DevOps at Jivox since 2022. Pavan'swork has revolved around capacity management, scalability architecture, performance optimization, and leading various technical teams.

Pavan Rao holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University, completed in 2003. Pavan then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, graduating in 2007. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in AWS and HashiCorp technologies in 2021.
