Wayne Liu has over a decade of experience in the coffee industry, currently serving as the Sales and Service Manager at JJ Bean Coffee Roasters since March 2012, where responsibilities include building relationships with wholesale partners, mentoring staff, and leading service projects across retail locations. Previous roles at JJ Bean include Equipment Sales and Service Manager, where Wayne focused on technical support and service contracts, and Handyman, overseeing construction and setup of retail stores. Prior to joining JJ Bean, Wayne held the position of Operations Manager at Blenz The Canadian Coffee Company Ltd., managing a flagship location with significant annual sales. Wayne Liu holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and multiple diplomas in Marketing from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, along with an Associate's Degree from Langara College.

The Neate family has been roasting coffee in Vancouver for four generations. In 1996, John Neate Jr. (JJ) established JJ Bean Coffee Roasters to honour people through great coffee, food, spaces, and service. We believe people have intrinsic value and seek to honour our coffee producers, our staff, and our customers by only serving the freshest, best tasting coffee possible. To this end, we source the highest quality green coffee and roast it in small batches daily, guided by one principle: the best taste wins.
