With over 100 years of heritage, JJ Kavanagh combines the stability of a long-established family business with a forward-thinking approach to transport across Ireland.

Officially certified as a Great Place to Work and recognised by Fáilte Ireland’s Employer Excellence Programme as an Outstanding Employer, we are proud to be a company built on trust, respect and long-term career development.

We operate one of Ireland’s most modern and meticulously maintained coach fleets, supported by dedicated depot teams nationwide. While we are one of the country’s largest operators, we’ve retained our family-business values — here, you’re a name, not a number.

At JJ Kavanagh, we offer:

• Secure, year-round employment
• Competitive pay and an enhanced contributory pension scheme
• Structured training through our School of Motoring
• Airport driving and route familiarisation training
• Customer behaviour and service excellence programmes
• Clear, supported career progression across driving, operational, technical and office roles
• An inclusive, respectful workplace with equal opportunities across all locations

Whether you’re an experienced professional or new to the transport industry, we invest in helping you build a career — not just take a job.

We are actively recruiting nationwide across driving, depot, customer-facing, technical and administrative roles.

Join a team that keeps Ireland moving.
