Dr. Gregory A. Villar-Byers

Dr. Gregory A. Villar-Byers has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Dr. Gregory A. began their career at Service Technicians, Inc. in 1984, starting as a janitor and gradually taking on more responsibilities, eventually becoming the Vice President of Operations. At Service Technicians, Inc., they were responsible for various aspects of operations including contract management, proposal development, pricing, estimating, and human resources.

In 1995, Dr. Villar-Byers joined Honeywell as the Director of International Contract Management. In this role, they oversaw contract and subcontract management programs for Latin America and Asia-Pacific. Dr. Gregory A.'sresponsibilities included contract administration, international agreements, security and threat assessments, risk analysis, and process improvement initiatives. Dr. Gregory A. also had direct involvement with governments and contractors in various countries including Korea, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Puerto Rico, Jamaica, and Mexico.

In 2004, Dr. Villar-Byers became the President and CEO of Amtex Security, Inc., a position they held until 2010. Following that, they joined SOC/DayZimmerman as the Vice President of Life Support Services from 2010 to 2012. At G4S/Centerra, they served as the IDIQ/Site/Business Manager from 2014 to 2017.

Most recently, Dr. Villar-Byers worked at J&J Worldwide Services as the Director of International Business Operations and CUBE Council member since 2017.

Dr. Gregory A. Villar-Byers has a strong educational background in business administration and management. Dr. Gregory A. completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Western Washington University from 1982 to 1984. Dr. Gregory A. then pursued further education and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Webster University from 1998 to 2001. During this time, they also completed a Diploma in Business Management (DBM) from British American University from 1998 to 2000 with a specialization in Business Management.

In addition to their formal education, Dr. Gregory A. Villar-Byers has also obtained certifications to enhance their professional skills. Dr. Gregory A. holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from the International Six Sigma Institute™ and a TQMP certification from the Management & Strategy Institute.
