Melissa Marousek, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in human resources. Melissa is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at J&J Worldwide Services. Prior to this, they held various roles at Lockheed Martin, including HR Director, HR Senior Manager, and Sr HR Business Partner, where they provided strategic advice on HR initiatives and led the implementation of functional HR initiatives. Melissa also worked as an HR Manager at Sierra Nevada Corporation, where they designed and implemented HR strategies and led employee engagement initiatives. Earlier in their career, they held positions at QBE North America, where they managed HR activities and led the HR Shared Services team, and the Department of Military Affairs, where they served as an HR Generalist and HR Analyst. Melissa Marousek is known for their expertise in aligning business strategy with people initiatives and providing innovative HR solutions.

Melissa Marousek, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, where they studied from 1998 to 2005. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Strategic Management at the Wisconsin School of Business from 2006 to 2009.

In terms of additional certifications, Melissa obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in August 2018. Prior to that, they achieved the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in December 2015.
