John Bourke

John Bourke is an accomplished payroll and operations professional with extensive experience in global payroll project management and process transformation. Currently serving as the EMEA Payroll Project Manager at Johnson & Johnson MedTech UK & Ireland since May 2023, John is responsible for overseeing payroll processes with a contract rollover until 2025. Prior to this role, John worked at Stats Perform as a Payroll Specialist in operation and transformation, and spent over two decades at Dell, where significant contributions included leading vendor standardization and implementation of a global payroll solution across 70+ countries. Early career experience included roles in retail management and operations in Russia and Ireland.
