Hayley Fussell

Hayley Fussell is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Human Resources Director of Operations at J&J Snack Foods Corp since December 2019, Hayley previously held the position of Human Resources Director at The ICEE Company. Previous roles include Regional Human Resources Director at AseraCare and Brookdale, as well as Human Resources Business Partner and Executive Team Leader of Human Resources at Target. Hayley began a career in Public Relations as an intern at the American Heart Association. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations from the University of Florida and a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, anticipated in 2027.
