Kirsten Leo, MBA has a strong background in research and development within the food industry. Kirsten started their career as a Research and Development Manager at Don's Food Products in 1997 and held this position until 2008. In 2008, Kirsten joined J&J Snack Foods Corp as a Research and Development Manager and successfully expanded their role to become the Director of Research and Development in February 2021. Kirsten's expertise in managing and leading research and development teams has contributed to the success of both companies.

Kirsten Leo, MBA, earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 2019 to 2022.
