Len D'Andrea has extensive work experience in various roles within the food industry. Len began their career at General Foods Corporation in 1975 as a Territory Sales Manager. Len then moved on to Gaines Foods, where they managed promotions and built a strong relationship with the Walt Disney Company. Len later became the President of Colonial Collections, overseeing retail, wholesale, and online operations in the home and garden industry.
In 1992, Len joined Entenmann's Bakery as an Area Manager, responsible for managing key accounts and a team of Key Account Managers. Len then joined Kraft General Foods as a Category Promotion Manager, where they directed consumer promotion professionals and managed budgets for various well-known brands.
Len worked at Country Home Bakers, Inc from 1998 to 2005, where they served as a Region Sales Manager. During the company's transitional phase, they maintained strong customer relationships and implemented custom programs to grow the business.
From 2005 to 2010, Len worked at Tasty Baking Company as the Director of Direct Sales & National Accounts. In this role, they oversaw sales, new business development, distributor operations, and provided cross-functional team training in fiscal planning and forecasting.
Currently, Len D'Andrea is with JJ Snack Foods, where they have taken on various roles since 2011. Len started as the Eastern Region Manager, responsible for managing sales forces and maintaining customer relationships. In 2017, they were promoted to the role of Director of Business Development.
Len D'Andrea began their education in 1971 at Norwalk Community College, where they pursued an A.S. degree in Business Administration. Len then transferred to Iona University, where they obtained a BBA degree in Marketing and Management from 1973 to 1975. Continuing their education at Iona University, Len completed their MBA in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from 1976 to 1979.
