Christopher McDonald has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in the gaming and entertainment industry. Christopher began their career in 2005 as an Exempt Store Manager at NAMCO ENTERTAINMENT INC. From there, they worked as a Route Manager at D & J Entertainment for three years. Following that, they served as an Equipment Manager at Accel Entertainment and later joined Triple 7 Illinois, LLC as a Service Account Representative. In 2014, they worked at GMS Professionals as a Field Service Technician and Licensed Terminal Handler. Christopher then took on the role of Senior Technical Manager at LZ Entertainment from 2015 to 2017. After that, they joined Tap Room Gaming, LLC as a Lead Service Technician until 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Lead Service Technician at J&J Ventures since 2020.

Christopher McDonald attended Illinois Valley Community College from 1995 to 1997, where they obtained a degree in Certified Nursing Assistant. Christopher'sfield of study included Psychology and Computer Science. In addition, they hold a certification in Teminal Handler License from the Illinois Gaming Board.
