Jorge Zeledon

Jorge Zeledon has a strong background in quality assurance and operations management. Jorge most recently served as the Director of Quality Assurance at J. Jill starting in December 2021. Prior to this, they held the role of Director of Quality at MMI Textiles, Inc. from February 2021 to November 2021. Before that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at SquadLocker in 2020, where they conducted evaluations and made improvement recommendations for manufacturing operations. From 2013 to 2020, Jorge worked at Talbots as the Senior Director of Quality Assurance, overseeing program development and implementation. Jorge achieved significant cost savings and process improvements during their tenure. Jorge also has experience as the Director of Sourcing and Production - Latin America at Terramar, where they optimized cost savings and improved factory efficiency. Jorge worked as a Sourcing Full Package Independent Consultant at Teton Outfitters - KLIM/509 Brands and as the Vice President of Operations at O'Bryan Brothers, Inc. In these roles, they led sourcing projects and managed various aspects of supply chain and operations. Jorge's career started at Mast Global as the Director of Technical Support / Quality Assurance from 1998 to 2001. Overall, they have a wealth of experience in quality assurance, operations management, and sourcing.

Jorge Zeledon has an English as Second Language background education from Babson College. Jorge later pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Jorge also studied Industrial Management at the Questrom School of Business, Boston University. Additionally, they hold a High School Diploma from Colegio Centro America.
