Kathleen Boland Stevens

Kathleen Boland Stevens currently serves as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary, and ESG at J. Jill since June 2022. Previously, Kathleen held various roles at Panera Bread from February 2018 to July 2022, including Vice President and Senior Director of Corporate Counsel. Kathleen's experience also includes serving as a Senior Attorney at The TJX Companies, Inc. from September 2007 to February 2018, and working as an Associate at Sullivan & Worcester LLP, Morrison Mahoney LLP, and Michaels & Ward from 2003 to 2007. Kathleen Boland Stevens earned a Juris Doctor degree from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in American Government/Classical Studies from Georgetown University.
