Lindsey O'Donnell Knapp

Lindsey O'Donnell Knapp has a diverse work experience in the retail and design industries. Lindsey'smost recent role is as Senior Director of Merchandising for J. Prior to this, they held various positions of increasing responsibility within the merchandising department at J. Jill, including Director of Merchandising for apparel, accessories, and footwear.

Before joining J. Jill, Lindsey founded their own consulting practice called The O'Donnell Collective in 2014. As the founder, they specialized in residential interior design and styling, providing custom design solutions to clients and managing the entire design process.
