Elisa Matta

Elisa Matta is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at J.J. McDonnell & Co Inc since October 2023, Elisa previously held the positions of Assistant Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager at Northeast Foods, LLC from September 2017 to April 2021. Elisa's career also includes a role as HR Manager at H&S Bakery from March 2010 to September 2017. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix Puerto Rico Campus (2004-2006) and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras (1994-2000).
