David LaBarca

David LaBarca is currently the Portfolio Director at JJR Solutions. Prior to this, they were with the Department of Veterans Affairs from October 2015 to March 2016 as a Research Health Science Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for managing a portfolio categorization and analysis tool, as well as being the liaison and operations manager on a joint VA/DoD/NIH Consortium. From November 2011 to September 2015, David was with URS Corporation, an AECOM company, as the Unit Manager for PMSS - Systems Engineering & Information Solutions Group. Prior to this, they completed engineering based clinical rotations at Hahnemann University Hospital from September 2007 to March 2008, and a Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship at Drexel University College of Medicine from June 2007 to August 2007.
