Johnetta Greene

Johnetta Greene, CDE®, is the CEO and Principal Consultant of Pathways to Inclusion, LLC, as well as the DEI Lead Consultant at JJRConsulting, LLC. With extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion, Greene served as the Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer at Ingevity, where responsibilities included expanding the DEI function across a global workforce. Previous roles include Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and Diversity Recruiter III at Caterpillar Inc., where Greene led diversity recruiting strategies and supported global Employee Resource Groups. Greene holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Bellevue University.
