Chris Krupka Milan

Director of Branding & Messaging at JK Design

Chris Krupka Milan has a wealth of experience in the communications, writing, and editing fields. From 1994 to 1999, they worked as Assistant Director and Senior Program Coordinator for the Rutgers University Office of Continuing Professional Education. Chris also served as a Senior Researcher for the Rutgers University Center for Environmental Communication from 1999 to 2001. From 2001 to 2003, they were a Senior Resource Planner for the NJ Pinelands Commission. From 2003 to 2006, they were a Senior Environmental Scientist for Princeton Hydro. From 2006 to the present, they have been a Director of Branding & Messaging, VP, Copy Development & Sr. Branding Specialist, and Lead Writer/Content Specialist for JK Design. Chris also worked as a Writer, Editor, Proofreader for Professional Writing & Editing Services from 2002 to 2006 and as a Freelance Writer from 1999 to 2006.

Chris Krupka Milan holds a Master's degree in Public Policy (Environmental) from the Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University. Chris also holds a BS and BA in Environmental Studies and Anthropology, respectively, from Rutgers University, with a minor in English. Additionally, they obtained a certification from the Employer Branding Academy in February 2020.
