Aly Raco Arena

Aly Raco Arena, MS has a diverse work experience in the field of recruiting and client services. From 2015 to 2019, Aly worked at Novem Group as an Account Coordinator & Client Services, gaining experience in managing client accounts. In 2019, Aly joined JK Executive Strategies, LLC, where they started as a Recruiting Coordinator and later became a Recruiting Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director Of Recruiting at JK Executive Strategies, focusing on transforming workplaces and creating long-term partnerships with diverse businesses and talent.
