Jill Knittel

Jill Knittel is the current President at JK Executive Strategies. Jill has over 8 years of experience in the field of human resources, with a focus on recruitment process outsourcing (RPO). Jill has a proven track record of streamlining operations and increasing assets under management (AUM).

Jill began their career in 2009 as the COO of Employee Relations Associates. In this role, they were responsible for the overall management and operation of the company. In 2011, they established their own company, ER Select, which focused exclusively on RPO engagements for companies across the United States. During their time at ER Select, Jill worked closely with trusted organizational partners to develop and create recruiting structures and processes to streamline effective and efficient hiring processes. In 2015, they joined Sage Rutty & Co., Inc as Vice President and Financial Advisor. In this role, they managed the 401k practice, consisting of 55 corporations and over $220mm in AUM. Jill also defined and implemented standardized procedures to eliminate manual processes and streamline operations. During their time at Sage Rutty & Co., Inc, they were responsible for business development initiatives for both private clients and corporate clients, resulting in an increase of AUM of over $50MM in 24 months.

Jill Knittel holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. John Fisher University and a Master of Business Administration - MBA with a concentration in Business Administration and Management, General from St. John Fisher University. In addition, Jill Knittel holds certification as a Certified Staffing Professional from the American Staffing Association and certifications as a Certified Professional 12 Driving Forces Certified and Certified Professional DISC Certified from TTI Success Insights.
