Kaitlyn Rajner

Kaitlyn Rajner is a Recruiting Coordinator at JK Executive Strategies. Prior to joining JK Executive Strategies, Kaitlyn worked for a local architecture firm, where she managed proposal production, organized and maintained marketing data, and developed a client relationship management system to aid in business development. She has also worked in higher education as a career coach, where she honed her skills in large group facilitation, individual and group coaching, and application materials development.

She holds a master's degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor's degree in Public Relations from SUNY Oswego. She has also completed certificates in leadership and supervisory development, as well as employment interviewing.

Kaitlyn enjoys traveling to new places, days on the lake, skiing, game nights, and hikes with her two dogs.
