Aloke Paskar

Mr. Aloke Paskar carries an in-depth understanding of the IT business and landscape; with 30+ years of experience in P&L management, business operations, business transformation, and global delivery management across the USA, UK, Europe, APAC, Middle East and Latin America. Aloke’s focus on client need vis-à-vis IT landscape has earned him endorsement and deep respect from end-users globally.

An XLRI – Jamshedpur alumunus, Aloke started his career with HCL group where he played a pivotal role to build the North American IT services business for the company through long-term customer engagements across verticals such as Bankers Trust, SEI investments, CIGNA, Compaq etc. He was instrumental in leading the joint venture operations between Perot Systems and HCL Group for strategic offshore outsourcing, resulting in acquisition and execution of a multi-year outsourcing engagement with AT&T.

An entrepreneur, Aloke cofounded Headstrong (erstwhile Techspan); restructured, integrated and profitabily exited the company, post merger, with Genpact. At Capgemini, he managed the global P&L for Capital Markets business and profitability. He also managed the India and China Operations for Capgemini Global Financial Services business driving scale and cost-effectiveness.

Most recently, Aloke led the transformation of TEOCO’s Mobile Telecomunication’s solution business into growth-oriented, profitable global operations. Under his Leadership, they introduced a new solution platform, integrated and aligned global teams across the US, UK, Israel, and India towards market needs and managed the emerging markets business, leading them to win some key multi-year deals in the market.
