Tripti Burman Narang is an experienced Human Resource professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies. Currently serving as an Executive in Human Resources at JK Technosoft since July 2014, Tripti manages the Training & Deployment Project for HCL Technologies and coordinates events to meet business needs. Previous experience includes a role in HR & Corporate Hiring at Head Field Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where Tripti was responsible for managing the talent acquisition of IT professionals. As a Consultant-HR at Connexions India, Tripti developed comprehensive recruitment plans for senior and middle management positions. Additionally, Tripti began a career in customer service as a Customer Care Executive at Convergys. Tripti holds an MBA in Human Resources and Operations from the All India Management Association.
