Kavita Tewari

Kavita Tewari has a robust work experience in the field of Human Resources. Kavita is currently working as a Learning and Development Lead at JK Tyre & Industries Ltd. Since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Jubilant Pharma from 2017 to 2022, where they were involved in talent reviews, succession planning, onboarding, mentoring, and learning and development. Kavita also played a vital role in designing and implementing an employee engagement survey action plan.

Before joining Jubilant Pharma, Kavita worked as a Deputy Manager Human Resources at DCM Shriram LTD from 2008 to 2017. In this role, they spearheaded campus recruitment, improved the retention of freshers, and implemented talent and succession planning. Kavita also designed and implemented a team recognition policy.

Kavita Tewari has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources (HR) from APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008. Kavita has a Bachelor's degree in Physics and Mathematics from Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University, completed from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned an Intermediate degree from Hartmann College from 1999 to 2003. Kavita also holds several certifications, including Certified Learning and Development Professional from Aon in 2021, and multiple certifications from LinkedIn in 2020 focused on learning, talent management, and high potentials retention. Kavita is also a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), obtained in November 2019.
