Juan Plaza

Juan Plaza is a Process Engineer at JL Audio, Inc. since September 2019, bringing extensive experience in production management and quality assurance from previous roles. At JL Paper from September 2015 to August 2017, Juan focused on defining quality standards and establishing supplier relationships in the paper industry. Prior experience includes serving as Manager at Cristal Express de Lara, where Juan implemented quality standards for automotive glass suppliers and developed customer networks in the insurance and transportation sectors. Additionally, Juan worked in Production Waste Control at Alentuy, where optimization of production processes was a key responsibility. Juan holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Yacambú and an Advanced English Level from EF International Language Campuses.
