Karen Martinez

Karen Martinez is an experienced Industrial Engineer with a comprehensive background in quality assurance and project management. Currently employed at JL Audio, Inc. since February 2017, Karen specializes in production line analysis, capacity evaluation, time studies, and labor costing. Prior to this role, Karen spent nearly nine years at Construtora Norberto Odebrecht, where responsibilities included leading quality control systems for concrete and asphalt production, managing project planning, and overseeing construction progress as a Resident Engineer. Karen holds a Master in Business Administration from Universidad Rafel Belloso Chacin and an Industrial Engineering degree from Universidad del Zulia.
